How ordering works

Quote-based ordering

We price by request rather than by catalog. Send us the products, brands and quantities you need through our quote form and we'll come back with pricing, availability and a shipping estimate. Nothing is charged until you approve the quote.

Shipping method and timeline

Shipping method and timeline are confirmed with each quote, because they depend on what you order and where it's going. Small parcel orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground; larger orders ship by LTL freight. We quote transit as an estimate — carriers control delivery dates, we don't, and we'd rather tell you that up front than miss a promise.

Hazardous materials

Several products we carry — aerosols, sealants and select chemicals — are classified as hazardous materials by the Department of Transportation. These items:

• Ship ground only and cannot be shipped by air
• Cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Cannot be shipped outside the continental United States
• May carry an additional handling fee, which we confirm on the quote before you approve it

What we don't ship

We do not ship internationally, we do not ship COD, and we do not accept freight-collect shipments.
